Going for a walk

During the modern and post-modern era the idea of being able to roam freely has gradually been shut down through enclosures of communal space, private ownership and the corporate control of public space. In addition to these constraints on our physical landscapes there are also evident threats from anti-social behaviour, prejudice and hate.
